Toni – Aesthetic Nurse
I qualified as a registered nurse in 1998 and am currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as an independent nurse prescriber.
I love living in Devon and making the most of the outdoors with my husband, our dogs, and close friends. My older son has recently completed his degree, and we’re incredibly proud of him.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings — including general medicine, surgery, intensive care, school nursing, and as a diabetes specialist nurse. I later returned to general practice part-time at a busy local surgery, where I discovered my passion for helping people feel their best every day. More recently, I’ve left the NHS to focus fully on running my own clinic, alongside managing our holiday accommodation.
I began my journey into aesthetic medicine in 2013 with the launch of my first clinic, Orchard Clinic. In 2019, I completed comprehensive aesthetic training at Harley Academy in London, gaining extensive clinical skills and knowledge in advanced aesthetic medicine. Since then, I’ve continued to pursue bespoke, advanced training to ensure the highest standards of care for my patients. I’m also fully qualified in leading medical-grade skincare systems such as AlumierMD and Mesoestetic. I work closely with trusted industry leaders such as Dermalux, Dermafocus, and Merz to ensure the treatments I provide use the highest quality products and latest technologies.
In 2022, I founded Orchard Aesthetics — a fresh start in the same beautiful clinic space. The clinic has grown organically, and I’m delighted to now work alongside Angela, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence remain at the heart of everything we do.
I’m a proud member of ACE (the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group), the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), and Comma — a global professional community for aesthetic medicine. I’m fully insured by Hamilton Fraser and legally accountable to all of my patients as an independent medical professional.

Angela – Clinical Aesthetician
With over eight years of experience in General Practice, I currently work part-time as a Health Care Assistant at a busy local surgery. I completed my GP Assistant qualification through the University of Chester in 2019. In my NHS role, I undertake a wide range of clinical duties, including phlebotomy, ECGs, and the administration of injections.
I have reduced my NHS hours in order to dedicate more time to Orchard Aesthetics and pursue my long-standing passion for skin health. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Toni for the past three years, and I’m proud to be part of a clinic that places patient care, safety and results at the forefront of everything we do. With my NHS background, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate, patient-focused approach to our aesthetic treatments.
Supporting individuals in achieving their skincare goals is incredibly fulfilling. Having personally experienced acne throughout my teenage years and early twenties, I understand the emotional and physical impact it can have. These experiences inspired me to train in this field and help others gain the knowledge and confidence to care for their skin. I often reflect on how much I would have benefited from a clinic like ours during that time.
In addition to my clinical work, I also support Toni with the day-to-day operations, administration and marketing of Orchard Aesthetics. I have trained with several leading skincare brands, including AlumierMD, Dermalux and Mesoestetic, and have most recently undertaken advanced training with 4T Medical — allowing us to expand the range of treatments we offer. Chemical peels are a particular favourite of mine, and I take great pride in welcoming patients into the clinic and being part of their skincare journey.
Outside of work, I am a keen runner who enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and making the most of the beautiful area we are fortunate to live in. I also have a love of travel and enjoy discovering new cultures and experiences whenever I get the opportunity.
