Orchard Aesthetics – Cancellation, Rescheduling & Deposit Policy
At Orchard Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional care and ensuring every patient receives the time and attention they deserve. Our appointment times are carefully allocated and our diary is often fully booked. When a patient cancels late or fails to attend, another patient waiting for an appointment misses the opportunity to be seen.
Booking Deposits
– A £30 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
– Deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable to a new appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
– Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
– We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
– Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the deposit.
– No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to avoid delays for other patients. The full treatment fee may still apply.
Gift Vouchers
– Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
– Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or payment.
– To book using a gift voucher, please contact the clinic directly via email — our online booking system automatically takes deposits, which are not required if you are paying with a valid voucher.
– If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your voucher will remain valid.
– If you cancel within 48 hours, arrive over 10 minutes late, or fail to attend, £30 will be deducted from your voucher as a cancellation fee.
– Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur unexpectedly. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in accordance with UK Consumer Law. Deposits are non-refundable, unless Orchard Aesthetics cancels or reschedules your appointment, in which case your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new date.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or amend your appointment, please contact us via our social media platforms or email orchardaestheticsbideford@gmail.com as soon as possible. You can also amend your booking using the link provided in your appointment confirmation email, provided this is done in accordance with our policy at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
